About the NRPP

The National Reach and Priority Projects (NRPP) are a component of the Tackling Indigenous Smoking program. NRPPs are to be commissioned by Ninti One Limited as part of Ninti’s management of the National Best Practice Unit TIS (NBPU TIS) on behalf of the Department of Health and Aged Care. Ninti will seek submissions from suppliers who can propose and implement time-bound value-for-money projects and activities with measurable outcomes that contribute to reducing smoking and vaping rates among First Nations Australians in these three targeted priority populations:

  • remote communities

  • Indigenous young people

  • Indigenous pregnant women, their families and women of childbearing age.

Ninti will run the procurement process. Ninti will facilitate the evaluation period ensuring projects and activities selected from suppliers during the procurement are efficient, effective, economical, ethical, and present value for money.
